Procedure of impeachment

• Either house of the parliament can pass a resolution for impeachment.
• To move the resolution it should be signed by 1/4th of the total member of the house.
• Resolution must be passed by the two - third of the total majority of the member of the house.
• After this the other house will investigate the charge.
• After the investigation resolution should be passed by the two -third member of the house.
• If the resolution is passed president be removed from his office.
