Proposal to organize a fest
On the occasion of World Day for Cultural Diversity, you and your classmates have
decided to organize a day-long festival in your school to celebrate cultural diversity in
your country and in your school. You approached your school principal for permission to organize the event. He has
expressed interest and even agreed in principle, but he has
asked you to prepare a written proposal which he will discuss with senior faculty at the
next faculty meeting.

A. Write your proposal in about 250 words in the space provided.

6. If class teaching time is going to be lost because of the event, how will the lost
teaching time be made up?
7. Will there be any expenses involved? Where will the funds come from?
8. What help do you expect from the principal and the staff?
