Most respectfully I beg to submit that I have lost my original copy of mark sheet of high school Examination 2020. My Roll No. 5236 and I had passed the examination in the first division as a regular candidate from Rajnandgaon.
Unfortunately, I have lost my mark sheet during the transfer of my father. so I requested you to kindly issue the duplicate copy of my mark-sheet.
