First of All what's secularism. so here I provide in my ans some definitions by different different people.
It is generally felt that modernity and the development of modern civilization have influenced religion, its actions and the righteousness of the people. Development in science, technology and education has also adversely impacted religion and its traditional works. Today, there is a growing trend towards secularism and secularism.

Many new specialized institutes are produced in a complex society.
