  • These toxic substances include some of trypsin inhibitors and Haemagglutinins.
  • An enzyme called Trypsin is a digestive enzyme as name suggests trypsin inhibitor causes hindrance in working of these digestive enzymes.
  • Haemagglutinin combine with the iron component of the hemoglobin, which is called ‘haeme’ and hence hinders its functioning.
