hey buddy,
Alpha helix and beta pleated are two forms of secondary structure of proteins
in alpha helix, primary chain is folded like a coil/spring. in this case, Intra molecular hydrogen bond is present
eg:keratin protein of hair
in beta pleated sheet structure, diff.no.of chains are arranged in a special way with the help.of inter molecular hydrogen bond
hope this helps
