In Asexual mode of reproduction there is only one parent who generate off spring but in sexual mode of reproduction there are 2 parent needed. Sexual mode of reproduction have a better chance of survival as during sexual reproduction there is a small variation in DNA due to this they may be or may not be able to survive future temperature or climatic change. That's why sexual has better chance of survival
