  • Just after Hiter came to power in 1933, he started the formation of several concentartion camps to exterminate all his opponents.
  • Auschwitz & Jews were herded into large chambers (800-1200) under the pretense of being disinfected or deloused but instead suffocated to death by releassing the poisonous Hydrogen Cyanide gases.
  • Later ,depending on location and/or time frame, the bodies where either deserted in mass graves or cremated. Often the the graves were even not covered.
  • Many victims died of diseases they got from the poor hygiene and nutrition. Epidemics of typhus and spotted fever were allowed to run unchecked as a means of eliminating prisoners.
  • In an event in 1944 several number of prisoners weer hung at one time. The other prisoners were forced to witness the horrible sight.
  • Often the prisoners were brought out of the concentration camps and dictated to dig pits and then they were shot.
  • Prisoners were to work in the factories in the week days. The heavy toil of work without proper diet often led to them to succumb to death. Freezing , hand hanging, forced suicides were some other means to exterminate the rivals.

I hope these helps
