Rational number is defined as number which is written in the form of p/q where p and q are integers and q is non-zero.

Rational numbers are terminating and repeating.

Irrational number is not a rational number.

Irrational numbers are non-terminating and non-repeating.

The number between 0.25 and 0.32.

0.25 = 25/100 and 0.32 = 32/100

Therefore, rational number = 26/100 = 0.26

So, Rational number between 0.25 and 0.32 is 0.26.
