My walk to work in the morning, birds singing, wind blowing, Redwood trees, flowers everywhere, a little creek (some days gushing, other days a trickle), sunshine or fog, clouds, blue sky and beautiful fresh air. Just this morning a hummingbird crossed my path and fluttered and flittered before me. I am so blessed and feel grateful for my “walking meditation” every morning on my way to work. I am in awe and wonder of Mother Nature.??? Have a blessed weekend
