Title : A Sacrifice

A family once lived in a house which was situated near the Ganges. The father had gone to another village due to some work after which the son takes charge of the house. Amidst this , the river floods. As the house is near the river , it is vulnerable to the flood. There is water everywhere. The boy's mother and sister are in danger and find no way to get out. All hope is lost. The boy kept hope and tried to console the crying sister. He left the house amidst the flood and tried to find a solution. He then found a boat but it was far off. Without thinking, he swam through and reached the boat. With all his might , he carried the boat to the river and told his family to get in the boat. He rowed the boat and took the family to safety. He saved his family while sacrificing his own.
