Hi Mate!!

Maclaurin series of F ( x ) = F ( 0 ) + F ' ( 0 ) + F " ( 0 ) / 2! + F "'( 0 ) / 3!

F ( x ) = 3 + 3 + (4 /2 ) + 3 / 6

F ( x ) = 8 + 1/2

F( x ) = 17/2

Have a nice day
