I had always wanted to go abroad and I was very excited about my first foreign trip. I spent my last summer vacations with my parents in South East Asia. We all visited Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. The most exciting part was the cruise which lasted for 3 days. The vast expanse of sea was worth an experience of an entire lifetime. I enjoyed much at Genting Highlands in Malaysia where I rode all the rides and took full advantage of the entire amusement park. Different types of cuisine added to the excitement of the trip. The most memorable day of my Summer vacation was my mother`s birthday. We went to a water park along with cousins and played in all the water games. We tried the different games, the twisted circuits and danced in the rain. My mother was very happy and was in continuous laughter seeing our funny antics.

After spending few hours at the water park, we went to the nearby orphanage and distributed food to the inmates. My mother, father and all of us served food for the needy. It was an amazing feeling.

Seeing my mother happy and satisfied at the end of the day made this the best day of my summer vacation.
