Exercise refers to the physical activity or doing some physical work on a repetitive basis to relax your body and remove out all the mental stress. Doing regular exercise is really important in one’s life. The benefits of regular exercise can be seen very easily in a person if he does exercise regularly. It is very important for a person to be mentally and physically fit as we all have heard “Healthy Mind lives in Healthy body”. The Death of our body means the death of our mind. So to stay fit and healthy one must do exercises regularly.Exercise helps us to revive and recondition our full body. It helps us to make our muscles strong. Exercise also prevents obesity or helps in losing the weight. It maintains youthfulness and delays the process of aging. Exercise improves the functioning of the cardiovascular system and prevents the cardiac diseases. It strengthens our immune system and prevents diseases. Exercise improves our mental fitness and prevents insomnia and depression. Exercise is good for the heart and also reduces the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and also the risk of certain cancers.

we have to do exercise regularly .Exercise keep us fit , we haveto do exercise early in the morning , exercise keep us slim. there are many type of exercise ,such as morning walk Pranayama etc. Atlast. exercise is very good for health .
