Examination is a calamity. Students are so afraid of it that they begin to tremble at the very mention of its name. As soon as it comes near, they get nervous. The night before an examination is full of worries and confusion for students. They don’t feel like eating and sleeping. They are busy in revising expected questions. They feel as if they were totally blank. They fear that they won’t be able to answer the questions asked in the paper. They try to concentrate on their books but find it hard to do so. Their self-confidence seems to fail them. They try to keep themselves awake somehow. If ever sleep tries to overtake, they go and wash their face or have a cup of strong tea. Parents tell them to sleep for sometime but sleep does not come by. They don’t want to take the risk of going to sleep. They feel that they have many miles to go before they sleep.

On night before examination

Tomorrow was my examination of maths. I had practiced all the terms very clearly. The main chapters that were to be noticed are polynomials , compound interest, mensuration, algebraic expression, construction of quadrilaterals and some more. Some chapters had been deleted from the syllabus due to COVID - 19. I had learnt all the formulas and practiced each question even NCERT and sample paper. I had prepared all. Now, it's 12'O clock. I had to pack my bag for tomorrow's exam. All the things should be kept. I had packed my bag. Now it was time to sleep and remember all my solutions of question. I had to get full marks. I thought all these last night. Today when I came to school and seen the test paper as the question were too easy. Actually it was not so easy but due to my practice it become easy for me. I done all the answers and submitted my answer paper. Practice makes a man perfect. This is proved for me today. The whole night I was tensed but the when I have seen the paper I was so happy. But that will be the memorable day for me !!
