In the 1st line, the author says that no men are strange, and no country is foreign. So, he's trying to get rid of the borders from the planet that are erected to separate totally different countries. The poet needs to mention that the whole Earth is one and every one the those that go on this Earth belong to at least one human race. Then he says that within the uniforms worn by troopers of different countries, the individual is that the same. God has equally created all of us. All breath within the same way. Then he says that every one the troopers are our brothers – we tend to all walk upon a similar ‘Mother Earth’ and upon our death, shall belong the grave in the same Earth.
