In follicular phase mature graffian follicles starts forming in the ovary but in luteal phase remaining graffian follicle converts into corpous luteum in case of fertilisation. But when fertilisation doesnt occur the corpus luteum degenerates in luteal phase tht leads to menstruation.

Answer:

Explanation:FOLLICULAR PHASE

A)In follicular phase FSH is realeased which leads to the formation of primary secondary tertiary and finally graffian follicle

B ) Graffian follicle releases oestrogen which leads to the proliferation of endometrium thus this phase is also called proliferatory phase

C ) increase in oestrogen has a positive feedback for GNRH leading to stimulation of LH and a negative feedback for FSH ....

LUTEAL PHASE .

Due to the increase in LH ovulation occurs in ovulatory phase causing the remnants of graffian follicle to form corpus luteum which is yellow in colour

B) it releases harmones like progesterone and oestrogen responsible for the maintainance of endometrial lining for implantation
