write precise of a given passage The proper study of management in man and the satisfaction of human wants is its principal aim of all economic enterprise. whenever either or both the ignored industrial relations tend to be strained, ending up in industrial unrest of strife. whenever active attempts are made by workers to satisfy their wants and needs and to feel, frustration occures. if frustration is not checked four consequences usually follow viz, display of aggressiveness, childish and unreasonable behavior making for destruction rather than constructive activities, fixation to the state of frustration and so sinking into apathy. this creates a vicious circle. the unionised workers come back again and again asking for more money and still remain frustrated. the management creates ots own personal problems and then it asserts that the only incentive to work is wages. the frustration is regarded by some as a root cause of industrial unrest.
