*he should teach students in the way that they understand
*they should nt teach happazardly ..teach by explaning all the word with meaning for eazy understanding.
*they should nt show their knowldge power by reading spontaneously.but teaching process should be child undrstanding way
*their capturing ablity is very less then a teacher so teacher shold nt be cruel if he unable to answer satisficatorily
