Workers are really exploited in unorganised sector in India. the following examples support the statement:-

1. low salary- an average 9 out of 10 world cup of unorganised sector the Savage is below the national minimum wage during 2004 -05.


2. long working hours- in most construction sites labourers have to work for the time is spread over 9 to 10 hours in a day.

3. temporary jobs- on an average a Farm labourers find employment for less than 200 days in a year.

4. no facilities and benefits- Mini construction companies do not provide adequate Security at work side due to which work on face at risk of working in unsafe environment.

1.) They have no proper education.

2.) There will be an absence of social security measures there.

3.) The wages will also be very low for the workers there and there will be a negotiation of social standard.
