Unemployment has been the problem of our country through decades.Even the majority of the educated people is unemployed.Blame the the Government or today's society nobody wants to accept the youth as important.As we can see in almost all the jobs matured people are only found.
Unemployment and poverty goes side by side.Young people after a long time of unemployment find the wrong way to earn money.To get rid from the unemployment stress, they accept alcohol or drugs.Unemployed youths accepts suicide as the last option of their life.It has also led to the lower economic growth.
Policies like Monetary policy – cutting interest rates to boost Aggregate Demand (AD),Fiscal policy – cutting taxes to boost AD and practices like education and training to help reduce structural unemployment.Geographical subsidies should encourage firms to invest in depressed areas.Lower minimum wage should be reduced to real wage unemployment.
The real factor to a country's development is only the youth of the society and if the youth sits unemployed at their home no country can ever develop and India, as it is a developing country is in need of the enthusiasm and energy which the teenagers have today.
