Remainder Theorem:
If f(x), a polynomial in x is divided by x-a, then the remainder is f(a)
example: If f(x) is divided by x-2 then the remainder is f(2).
If f(x) is divided by x+2, then the remainder is f(-1)
Facter theorem:
When a polynomial f(x) is divided by x-a, the remainder f(a)=0. Then x-a is a factor of f(x).
