Last week we got a chance to visit Katraj Dairy well known for its milk products in the market.
They sell a wide range of products like milk made sweets, paneer, curd etc.
During our field visit the owner of Katraj Dairy took us around the factory to show all the manufacturing processes.
Our school DPS, Noida organised a field trip to Katraj dairy.
The trip was organised in order to provide a real life experience to the students.
It was conducted on 15th of September for the students of Class VIII.
The students were too excited for th etrip. After travelling for about 35 minutes, the students reached Katraj Dairy. It is spread over kms.
The students were welcomed by sweeten lassi prepared in this dairy.
The students were shown all the milk processing units by the Area Manager, Mr. Pawan Sharma.He also showed them the preparing of various items- ghee, ice creams, kheer, lassi and paneer.
Then, each student boarded the bus with a packet of kheer as a complementary gift by Mr. Sharma. It was an intersting educational tour.
