Visit to a Flower Show
Greenwoods Global School students from classes VI to X visited annual flower show organized at Agricultural University on March 2, 2018. More than 300 varieties of exotic and indigenous flowers had been displayed. The visitors were admiring the feast of colors and fragrances of roses, dahlias, lilies, marigolds, sunflowers, hibiscuses, tulips, chrysanthemums, lilacs, daffodils, orchids, asters, peonies etc. A flower arrangement competition had also been organized in which students from various schools had participated. Our school team won consolation prize. Students returned refreshed and enriched having learnt new information about so many flowers.
