Students of SSPM Day School & Jr.College organised the Science exhibition at the school on 29th & 30th Sept 2016. It was an innovative and experimental day for all the Shivajians .
Principal Ms. Shivali Jagtap and the Chief guest Dr. Danao the Principal of AISSMS’s COE inaugrated the event by cutting the ribbon and lighting the traditional lamp. The Head Boy Ankit Joshi and the Head Girl Aditi Suryavanshi welcomed the Chief Guest by presenting a medicinal plant Ocimum Sanctum to them.
The budding scientists of our school presented many creative ideas as exhibits. The exhibits were attractive and marvellous . There were number of still and working models on display such as Double Circulation , Hydraulic Lift, Burglar’s alarm, Recycling of paper and Smart City. Attractive Rangoli of structure of Heart was drawn by Pooja Dahatonde a nd Jaware Sayali conveyed the message of healthy diet.
The Chief guest appreciated the novel ideas of the participants. The exhibition provided a platform to scientific experimentation and innovation to the future scientists. The enthusiasm and skill clubbed with in depth knowledge was commendable . With an endeavour to promote scientific attitude among students the exhibition was one of its kind.
The exhibits were judged by the Incharge Teachers and Award winning projects were given certificates.

SAVE ELECTRICITY EXHIBITION HELD IN SCHOOL.
The school save electricity exhibition was held yesterday at Kilimani school, the exhibition was inaugurated by the chief host Mr. Raj Kumar. There after there was a poster making competition on the different ways of saving electricity, the was a very stiff competition where Jane a student, emerged the overall winner, later on prizes were awarded by the chief guest who also closed the Exhibition.
