There are the seven difference between eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells :-

⚡ Eukaryotic cells ⚡

✨it has true nucleus

✨Nuclear membrane are present

✨cell orgenells are present .

✨80s Ribosome has 60s and 40s sub units

✨Histone protein is present .

✨mitotic apparatus is present

✨ photosynthesis only in green plants in chloroplast.

✨ streaming movement is essentially present

⚡ prokaryotic cells ⚡

✨Nuclear membrane are absent in this cell

✨cell organelles are absent

✨ cellular oxidation in cytoplasm

✨ streaming movement is rarely present

✨Histone protein is absent

✨mitotic apparatus is absent

✨70s type Ribosome has 50s and 30s

1-Eukariyotic cells contain all membrane bound organelles while prokaryotic cells do not.
2-Prokaryotic cells contain single circular chromosomes while eukariyotic contains multiple linear chromosomes.
3-prokaryotic are haploid while eukariyotic are diploid.
4-Prokaryotic contains small ribosome while eukariyotic contain large ribosome.
5-asexual reproduction takes place in prokaryotic while sexual reproduction takes place in eukariyotic.
6- size of prokaryotic is 0.5 micrometer while eukariyotic are upto 40 mm.
7-nucleus is not present in prokaryotic while it is present in eukariyotic.
