Rhythm is normally made by joining of stressed words happening once/more and both stressed and unstressed words spoken/written at many intervals in a sentence. To gain a uniform rhythm in speech it is necessary that correct emphasis to forced syllables is made.At phonetics stress is a degree of emphasis given sound/syllable in speech also known as lexical stress/word stress. Though in every languages words stressed is more understandable on word level and is specially clear in pronunciation of each words and their sub-parts.
