Brahmo Samaj was a movement pioneered by Ram Mohun Roy.
It was greatly influenced by Christian and Islamic beliefs, and rejected the Hindu ideas of polytheism, idol worship and caste system.
It also did not support the ideas of incarnations, karma and death and rebirth.
This movement started in Calcutta in around 1828.
