Responsibility is the the state or fact of having a duty to deal with something or of having control over someone.Responsibility is one common problem we all lack in. We shouldn’t feel lazy or like a burden to complete our responsibility.We should think my work I have to be responsible. Also responsibility is not only like ok let me complete it.you should have passion towards whatever you do.

Heya friend,

The Council of Ministers works collectively as a team. All the Ministers become equally responsible to defend their acts and decisions. So , all the Ministers swim or sink togetger. This is called collective responsibility.

The Cabinet and the Council of Ministers are not the same bodies. The Council comprises of the Cabinet Ministers , Ministers of State and Deputy ministers , whereas the Cabinet consists of Ministers who are influential and important members of the party/parties in power.

The Council of Ministers comprises of the Prime Minister , the Cabinet Ministers and the Ministers of State.


The Council of Ministers performs certain legislative functions like preparing and approving the annual budget and making laws.
