• In 1951, 1952, the first referendum occurred in independent India, which was the beginning of the transformation of democracy to the electoral process.
• The use of the EVM system started in the 1990s for voting purposes in the first referendum ballot boxes. Most tasks can be done by voting machine if the electors do not want to vote on any of the candidates they can choose from none of the above choices.
• That choice can only be provided because the voting machine made it easy for people with disabilities to vote, minimizing the burning of trees for papers and thus helping to protect the forest, early announcement of election results was also feasible.
