NREGA 2005 is referred to as Right To Work as it guarantees employment to the people who need it. The main objective of NREGA 2005 is to provide guaranteed employment of minimum 100 days to atleast one person in a family in a year. If the government fails to provide employment, then it will give unemployment allowance.
