In June 1992,more than 100 heads of state met in Rio De Janerio in Brazil,for the first International Earth Summit.In the summit they discussed on important problems of economic development at global levels,try signed on global climatic change and biological diversity.Finally,they adopted agenda 21 which aims to achieve global sustainable development and to combat environmental damage, poverty,disease etc together.

About hundred heads if the world met in Brazil, in the city of Rio de Janeiro in June 1992 . In this conference it was adopted that every country must make their own plan for achieving sustainable development in 21st century . this was also known as agenda 21. This declaration was passed by United Nations Conference on environment and development. this was known as Rio de Janeiro summit.
