This is a poetic English translation of the Santiniketan (Shantiniketan) series of spiritual essays composed by Rabindranath Tagore between 1908 and 1914. Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941) was a Bengali polymath, and the first Asian Nobel Laureate. His other spiritual works include "Sadhana - The Realization of Life" (1916) and "The Religion of Man" (1931)
