The structural and functional unit of the nervous system is neuron.  


They are present in the spinal cord ganglia and constitute the nervous system.  


The neuron consists of the following structure:  


Cyton, cell process, Dendron, and Axon.  


The 3 types of Neuron are unipolar neuron, bipolar neuron, and multipolar neuron.
