Bahut = Zahir-ud-din Bahut was the founder of the Mughal empire of India. He belonged to Farghana in Central Asia . He wrote his own autobiography called as Tuzuk-i Baburi or Baburnama. He introduced the concept of garden palaces in India and laid out gardens in Agra, Sikri and Dolhpur

Humanyun= He was the son of Babur and his brothers Kamran, Hindal and Askari were dissatisfied with the territories they had got .They wanted the throne of Delhi for themselves. There were many problems faced by Human yun like the empire was still without a proper system of administration.

Sherashah = Farid Khan was the son of Afghan Jagiradar in Sasaram, Bihar. He was given the title of Sher after he killed a tiger by using only one weapon. He was later called as 'Sher Shah Suri'.

Akbar= Jalal-ud-din Muhammad Akbar was the greatest ruler dynasty. He was called 'Great' because he brought glory to the empire. He was thirteen years of old when he was proclaimed the king. Bairam Khan was his caretaker. His biography was written by Abul Fazal. It's part is Ain-i-Akbari.

Jahangir= After Akbar's death his prince Salim ascended the throne as Jahangir.

Shah Jahan= He was the son of Jahangir. His four sons were Dara Singh, Shah Shuja, Aurangzeb, and Murad Baksh. Shah Jahan is often called the 'Engineer King' as he build a large number of monuments with finest work of Indian, Persian and Central Asian architecture.

Aurangzeb= He defeated and killed his brothers and became the king. Aurangzeb failed to solve the problem that the empire was facing and his absence from the north weakened the administration. Frequent outbreak of revolts left him with no time to consolidate the empire.

Babur was born in the year 1438CE (Zahiruddin Mohammed Babur) he was the descendant of Genghis Khan and Timur . at the age of 21 he conquered Kabul. The biography of of Babur is written in Baburnama(Turki).

Sher Khan whose real name Farid Khan assumed the title of SharShah Suri. He proved to be an excellent ruler during his reign.

a) He built the Grand Trunk Road which ran from East Bangladesh to Lahore.

b) he built inns for the travelers.

c) Planted trees and dug wells.

d) He brought crime control.

e) Sliver coins called Rupiya , Gold coins called mohur and copper coins called dam were also minted by his government.

f) He personally appointed and paid the men.

Humanyun was the son of Babur and the second ruler in the Mughal Dynasty, thought he was an able  commander he didn't posses the qualities of his father and faced opposition by his own brothers and Afghan nobles. Shershah Suri declared his independence from Humanyun and defeated Humanyun in the battle of Chausa in the year 1538CE and gave a final blow to Humanyun in the battle of Kannauj in the year 1549CE. Humanyun was exiled and fled to Sind, but he returned and defeated SherShah Suri in the year 1555CE and regained Delhi. However his reign was short as he died by slipping to death in a library.
