Answer:

Historiography is defined as the study of methods of historians in developing history as an academic discipline, and by extension is any body of historical work on a particular subject.

A Feminist Literature is something written by a woman or concerned to a woman.

● Women's movement in India had to factor in the highly stratified nature of Indian society. Not only of genders and class but also of caste, region and religion.

● Feminist readings of literature and society came out of the works of historians, sociologists, social workers but not from the English Literature. Literary production in English lacked feminist perspective or a feminist literary theory which was culture- specific.

● All significant feminist writing either by men or women were in regional literature as it continues to be even today.
