peptic ulcer is the disease that develops in the form of sores in the lining of the stomach, oesophagus or small intestine. The most common symptom of this disease is abdominal pain that occurs from stomach region to the chest part. If the ulcer is left untreated then it may result in other adverse health conditions. The peptic ulcers usually occur as a result of imbalance of acid secretion and mucosal defences that resist the acid digestion.. Generally the major cause of the disease is H.pylori infection.
TB: It is caused by the mycobacterium tuberculosis in any organ of the body but involvement in the extra pulmonary sites like breast, spleen, skeletal muscles is very rare. It is also called as phthisis pulmonalis. It is a wide spread and fatal infectious disease typically attacks the lungs and also other parts of the body.
Jaundice: It usually starts the second day after birth. Jaundice can also be caused by other diseases, like malaria, hepatitis, or gallstones. Jaundice is the most common of all liver problems. The yellow colour of the skin and mucous membranes happens because of an increase in the bile pigment, bilirubin, in the blood.
AIDS: Human immunodeficiency virus infection and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV/AIDS) is a spectrum of conditions caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Following initial infection, a person may not notice any symptoms or may experience a brief period of influenza-like illness.
