GOALS

A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a person or a group of people envision, plan and commit to achieve. People endeavour to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines.

POLICIES :-

Policies are general statements that guides in decision-making. A policy refers to a continuing decision which applies to repetitive situations. It is standing answer to a recurring question. Policy decisions are taken by the Chief Executive and Board.

BUDGET :-

A budget is a financial plan for a defined period, often one year. It may also include planned sales volumes and revenues, resource quantities, costs and expenses, assets, liabilities and cash flows. ... It may include a budget surplus, providing money for use at a future time, or a deficit in which expenses exceed income.

STRATEGY :-

A plan of action designed to achieve a long-term or overall aim”

“The art of planning and directing overall military operations and movements in a war or battle”

PROGRAMMES :-

In computing, a program is a specific set of ordered operations for a computer to perform. In the modern computer that John von Neumann outlined in 1945, the program contains a one-at-a-time sequence of instructions that the computer follows. Typically, the program is put into a storage area accessible to the computer.
