  2. Click on create.
  3. In the New Address List box, enter the details of recipients.
  4. Click on New Entry to type next recipient details.
  5. Click on OK.

The Save Address List dialog box appears

6. Enter a name for the data source in

FileName text box.

7. Click on Save.

Your data source will be ready to use
