The measure of intelligence is the ability to change.' (Albert Einstein) ... But though Einstein was among the greatest intellects in human history, he also had a most down-to-earth approach to life. His quotation above testifies to that fact.

While there are a number of different methods for measuring intelligence, the standard and most widely accepted method is by measuring a person's 'intelligence quotient' or IQ. Based on a series of tests which assess various types of abilities such a mathematical, spatial, verbal, logic and memory.

"The measure of intelligence is the ability to change" by Albert Einstein, we can't define time if the things aren't changing . change shows us the path of survival , whenever we are in hardcover circumstances.

according to Darwin's theory , living beings changes their inner version according to surrounding.every small change affects each and every thing . the little change in environment can change the thoughts in human minds . if we are not changing with the time that means we haven't learned anything from life . Every little change can make a drastical improvement in our life , like a butterfly effect . if we are making little change everyday like for first day read 1page , for 2nd day read 2 pages , for 3rd day read 4 pages , it grows exponentially and builds confidence without getting too much friction. that's why it says that "The measure of intelligence is the ability to change".
