This story is about a young seagull, who was afraid of flying. Young seagull was full of pessimism. His parents and family members used to encourage him for his first flight but he doesn't have enough courage to fly. He was left alone by his family members for 24 hours and he ate nothing.

• The main character in the story is a young seagull that scared to fly in the sky.
• The young seagull had two brothers and one sister who learned to fly very easily when their parents taught them to fly.
• As he didn't fly he was scolded nby his parents and he was left behind, whereas others went in search of food.
• He was very hungry and saw his mother eating a piece of fish which she had caught to eat.
• Mother seagull took the piece of fish and went near him, and the mother didn't gave him instead she flew back slowly and came to edge of the ledge.
• He followed he mother as he was hungry, and he lost his balance and fell down.
• He opened his wings and began to flutter and soon he flew.
• He was happy and he moved up and down observing the green before him.
• His family praised him. He made his first flight.
