Indian classical music includes many varieties and traditional music like Hindustani music and carnatic music.
1. Hindustani music :-Hindustani music is a traditional music of northern areas. it may also known as north Indian classical music.
2.carnatic music:- carnatic music is commonly used in (karnataka) southern India and also used in Kerala, Tamil nadu, telangana and Andhra Pradesh, and it is also used as well as in Sri Lanka. the main emphasis in carnatic music is on vocal music, most composition are written to be sung.
