Each and every phase is start with a design and ends with a client review.

PHASE 1 : PLANNING

This phase, studies and collects the requirements for continuous communication between the client and the developer.

PHASE 2 : RISK ANALYSIS

This phase, identifies the risk and provides the alternative solution if risk is found.

PHASE 3 : ENGINEERING

In this phase, coding part is completed and testing part is completed at the end of the phase.

PHASE 4 : EVALUATION

The software is evaluated by the customers. They provide feedback before the project continues  to the next spiral.
