Types of Quadrilaterals:

• Trapezium : Trapezium is a quadrilateral in which, only one pair of opposite sides are parallel to one another.

• Parallelogram : Parallelogram is a quadrilateral in which, both pair of opposite sides are parallel and equal to one another.

• Rectangle : Rectangle is a parallelogram in which, all angles are right angles (90°)

• Rhombus : Rhombus is a parallelogram in which all sides are equal to one another. All angles are not right angles.

• Square: Square is a parallelogram and a rhombus in which all angles are right angles.(Square is also a rectangle where all sides are equal to one another)

• Kite : Kite is a quadrilateral which is formed by joining two isosceles triangles. Kite is not a parallelogram.
