Therefore,

a) We can fill 10 digits in place of blank space

Therefore we fill all 10 digits one by one and then add the digits to see if any of that is divisible by 3

We see if we place 3 in Blank Space then it will satisfy our rules

So, 36724 is the correct answer

b) By applying the same rules we get 0 as the least number to be put in the series.

So, One correct answer is 476502
