✔wheat is a temperate crop where as rice is a tropical crop.
✔ Wheat requires a (50-75) cm rainfall. while Rice requires 100 cm of rainfall.
✔Wheat requires well drained fertile soil. where as rice requires fertile alluvial soil and clayey soil.
