Answer

\bigstar Acids :-

  • All the acids are sour in taste.
  • The acids should not be touched with our bare hands, if did like that there is some chances of burning our hands.
  • They are corrosive in nature, which means they can damage any objects that comes in contact with it.
  • As a result, they should be stored in glass containers which doesn't burn anyway.
  • All of the acids are soluble in water.

\bigstar Bases :-

  • All the bases are bitter in taste.
  • Mostly, all the bases are smooth to touch and they can't be stored in glass containers as they are slippery.
  • They are usually corrosive too and also they can damage any substance they come in contact with any bases.
  • As a result they are needed to store in glass containers in which the glass doesn't burn and be safe in nature.
  • All the bases are not soluble in water. Some of them are soluble, whereas others not.
