The chaotic ways of men are not easy to understand. And men being a social animal is also restricted into means of legitimacy of social arrangements. The social values of the society can hardly be exaggerated. Some of they are:

1. Common motives and goals

2. An accepted division of labour i.e. roles

3. Established status or relationships

4. Accepted norms and values with reference to matters relevant to the group

5. Development of accepted sanctions if and when the norms were respected or violated.
