The color of the mustard plant is yellowish-white to black. The importance of mustard plant can be seen in the fact that we ate most of the parts of this plant, such as from seeds we get oil, from its stem and leaves we used to cook various food. It is also used as a spice in some of the regions of India.  The seeds of this plant are small and round in shape.
