For example- Germany is a country.

Mr. A manufacturers agriculture products in Munich and sell this manufactured product in Berlin to Mr. B .

Mr.B resells to Mr.C in Berlin.

You see every kind of business activities are within one border.

International trade means buying and selling between two or more borders.

For example- Germany, Singapore and Indonesia are three country.

Germany produces vehicle parts and sells to Singapore.

Singapore buys the parts and manufacturer another product with using those buyed parts.

Singapore buys the product and resells in their region.

International trade occurs when one country lacks of facilities which can be found in another country.

Lack of services occurs international trade. If every facilities are available then there occurs domestic trade.
